Plot
Crimes start popping up in the quiet town of Potter's Bluff, in weird ways. While looking into the crimes around town, Sheriff Dan Gillis also notices his wife talking about voodoo and dark arts. Is there more to the story than mere crimes? Could something or someone be taking over the town? Can the Sheriff save himself, his wife, and his town from whatever this is?

Rating Criteria
0/5 – No value whatsoever. Absolute
waste of time.
1/5 – Barely worth any time.
2/5 – Pathetic but has a bit of
something to hold the attention a little.
3/5 – Somewhat kept the attention but
could definitely have used more.
4/5 – Good, but not awe-strikingly
amazing. Could have maybe used a bit more to the movie.
5/5 – Go see it! Wonderful movie all
around. – characters, music, theme, story line, etc.
3/5 - *SPOILERS* Zombie voodoo movie. Good mystery but pathetic character/mystery building. Oh, the whole town is dead and brought back to life by the mortician who is far too eager to add to his collection.
The ending disappointed me severely, even worse than any Stephen King book ending. Like "Oh, sorry, everything and everyone is dead and you are too. No way back from this and probably no way forward."
Not that great of a movie. If you want to watch some old school horror, then go for it. I would personally recommend "The Shining" over this if you wanted an older horror. Honestly, I kinda don't want this VHS for "Dead and Buried" in my collection anymore after being so disappointed in it but it will stay in the collection for a while longer.
Well, that's my movie review. Thanks for reading. More reviews to come!
