Plot
While the king and prince are out enforcing their laws, the king is killed and the prince is gravely wounded. The queen brings her son to a dragon and asks him to save her son. He does so but demands that the main knight [Bowen] teach him in the old way of the knights (honor, justice and nobility). After the dragon saves the prince, the prince changes for the worse and Bowen swears it was because of what the dragon did to him. Bowen goes around the country taking down dragons because that seems the best way to get revenge for what happened.
Along the way, Bowen meets an old dragon and he finds himself in a stand-still with this dragon - neither can kill the other without themself dying. They sit down and talk, coming to a conclusion that there is a way they can survive: why not make it seem like Bowen is still this great dragon-slayer when he "saves" villages from a dragon and "slays" it? They seem to have everything going for them but then the prince, now king, has a bit of an ego thing and wants to entrap the dragon. Turns out that the fate of the king is intimately connected to the fate of the dragon and vice versa.
How can Bowen stop the corrupt king and save his friend Draco the dragon?

Rating Criteria
0/5 – No value whatsoever. Absolute
waste of time.
1/5 – Barely worth any time.
2/5 – Pathetic but has a bit of
something to hold the attention a little.
3/5 – Somewhat kept the attention but
could definitely have used more.
4/5 – Good, but not awe-strikingly
amazing. Could have maybe used a bit more to the movie.
5/5 – Go see it! Wonderful movie all
around. – characters, music, theme, story line, etc.
5/5 - *SPOILERS* This is a wonderful movie. It is very captivating. I found it very sad to hear that the dragons' souls might have been lost when they were slain. It was sad that Bowen had to kill Draco to defeat the evil king but it was worth it when Draco's spirit transcended to the heavens.
Why is it PG-13? Probably because of violence and because the king did try to force/suggest sex onto Kara, though she got away.
Anyways, very good movie that I recommend; that's my movie review. Thanks for reading!
