Hello. My name is Destinee Schriner. I am the author of an unpublished novella called the Mermaid and the Moon.The Mermaid and the Moon is a fantasy romance story set in mythical ancient Japan. Eighteen-year-old Mitsuko Hisakawa is a mermaid in love with the Moon God Tsukiyomi who had saved her life six years prior. To marry the love of her life, Mitsuko must get the approval of Tsukiyomi's family which includes the terrifying Goddess of the Underworld, his mother.
