Rating Criteria
0/5 – No value whatsoever. Absolute waste of time.
1/5 – Barely worth any time.
2/5 – Pathetic but has a bit of something to hold the attention a little.
3/5 – Somewhat kept the attention but could definitely have used more.
4/5 – Good, but not awe-strikingly amazing. Could have maybe used a bit more to the movie.
5/5 – Go see it! Wonderful movie all around. – characters, music, theme, story line, etc.

4.5/5 – This is an interesting documentary about obesity and how to lose weight (by reducing added sugar, resisting fast foods and resisting processed foods). The main issue for dealing with fast foods is that many times, it is much easier to go to a drive through than to go to a dine-in restaurant. It is also much easier to buy foods that you can throw into the microwave or oven without having to prepare, because of busy schedules. The main issue is to actually put effort into eating foods that are as unprocessed as possible. I know that is difficult as I myself am guilty of this issue (eating quick instead of good).

Why it is rated Parental Guidance: mainly because they compare consuming sugar to smoking.

Is it biased? Yes, this movie is biased but it seems to be on the right course for trying to eat better. Of course, just eating in moderation (with all things, even wine, steaks, and carbohydrates) might just be the best suggestion for how one should eat. Modify according to your needs and allergies, but keep a mind out for the issue with added sugar, preservatives, etc.

Anyways, that's my movie review. Thanks for reading!
